Dr. Kirthi Raju

Dr. Kirthi Raju is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Medcare Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital in Dubai, with over 14 years of clinical experience across India, Oman, and the UAE. She completed her MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine and a DM in Rheumatology from Dr. MGR Medical University in Chennai. She also holds a Specialty Certificate in Rheumatology from the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK and the British Society of Rheumatology.

Dr. Raju specializes in managing inflammatory arthritis conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and spondyloarthritis. Her clinical expertise also extends to gout, osteoporosis and other metabolic bone diseases, connective tissue diseases such as lupus and Sjögren's syndrome, vasculitis, ankylosing spondylitis, and frozen shoulder. She has held academic and clinical positions at leading institutions including Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Royal Hospital Muscat, and multiple hospitals across Chennai before moving to Dubai.
