Dr. Muez Mohamed Ahmed Siddig Hag Hamad

Dr. Muez Siddig is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi with over 12 years of clinical experience. He graduated from Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine in Egypt, obtained his Arab Board certification in Psychiatry in 2016, and achieved membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) in 2019. His career has been built in leading psychiatric facilities across Abu Dhabi, including Sheikh Khalifa Medical City's Behavioral Science Pavilion (2012–2018) and the National Rehabilitation Center (2018–2024).

Dr. Siddig specialises in treating mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, addiction and substance-use problems, geriatric (older adult) mental health, and women's mental health. He has contributed to numerous research projects and published articles in international journals, and regularly shares his expertise at domestic and international conferences.

He is Sudanese and fluent in English and Arabic, enabling him to provide culturally sensitive, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. His approach centres on managing complex psychiatric conditions with evidence-based treatment.
