Dr. Sabeen Adil

Dr Sabeen Adil is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and General Practitioner who has dedicated the last 12 years to helping families achieve their breastfeeding goals. She graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan, initially with interests in paediatrics, but became passionate about lactation support after recognizing the widespread lack of knowledge and guidance in this area. Over fifteen years living and working across five different countries, she developed her expertise in skilled lactation care and earned her IBCLC certification in 2011.

Dr Sabeen established Pakistan's first dedicated lactation services clinic in Karachi and provided both inpatient and outpatient care at South City Hospital. She also founded Cuddles Lactation Services, which brought breastfeeding support to families nationwide through online consultations, support groups, educational videos, and blogs. Recognizing the global need for better lactation services and advocacy, she became heavily involved with the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), eventually serving as its President from 2020 to 2021—a role that included collaboration with major international organizations such as WHO and UNICEF.
