Dr. Riza A V

Dr. Riza A V is an experienced audiologist with 20 years in the field and a Doctor of Audiology qualification. He holds an MSc in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology and a Diploma in Psychological Counselling & Guidance. He has taught audiology at a multispecialty medical college and previously worked as an audiologist at Siemens Hearing Care, bringing both academic and clinical expertise to his practice at Medcare Dubai.

Dr. Riza A V specialises in diagnosing hearing problems using advanced tests such as audiograms, tympanograms, brain stem evoked response audiometry, ASSR, and otoacoustic emissions. He diagnoses and manages speech and language disorders, and prescribes and fits a full range of hearing aids — from invisible in-canal devices to digital and computer-programmable models. He also provides custom ear protection, swimmer's ear plugs, and ear moulds, and offers paediatric audiology consultations and central auditory processing assessments.

Board certified in audiology by the American Board and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, Dr. Riza A V combines clinical expertise with counselling skills to support patients and families in managing hearing loss and communication challenges.
