Dr. Nabeel Dastgir

Dr Nabeel Dastgir is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon with over 25 years of practice across the UK, Ireland, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. He trained extensively in the UK and Ireland and previously worked as a consultant and associate professor before joining Mediclinic Al Ain, where he now serves as Head of the Department and Director of the Centre of Excellence in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is recognized as a Surgeon of Excellence in Orthopaedic Surgery by the SRC (USA).

Dr Dastgir treats the full range of bone, joint, and muscle problems, including fractures (both surgically and non-surgically), arthritis, osteoporosis, and back pain with disc issues. He specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures for the knee and shoulder—including ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, and rotator cuff work—as well as hip and knee joint replacements. He uses the latest techniques across his practice.
