Dr. Aiman Smer

Dr. Aiman Smer is a Staff Physician in the Cardiovascular Medicine Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute, where he also serves as Program Director of the Cardiology Fellowship. He brings over 20 years of clinical experience, having spent a decade as a Consultant Cardiologist at leading academic medical centers in the United States, including Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, where he held the role of Associate Program Director for cardiovascular fellowship training.

Dr. Smer trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Creighton University and holds multiple American Board certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology.
