Dr. Nafea AlYasi

Dr. Nafea AlYasi is a board-certified consultant in paediatric gastroenterology with extensive experience diagnosing and managing complex digestive, liver and nutritional problems in children. He trained at leading institutions in the United Arab Emirates, earning his MBBS from UAE University and completing both the Arab Board qualification in paediatrics and a specialised fellowship in paediatric gastroenterology.

His clinical expertise covers a wide range of childhood digestive conditions including coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, reflux, food allergies affecting the oesophagus, chronic constipation, and failure to thrive. He also treats obesity-related fatty liver disease, chronic liver disease, pancreatic insufficiency, and manages children after liver transplant. He performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy in children, and has experience with feeding tube management.
