Dr. Dina Shaban Mohammed

Dr. Dina Shaban Mohammed is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Medcare Sharjah. She trained at Zagazig University in Egypt, where she completed her medical degree and a Master's in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, followed by postgraduate training in obstetric ultrasound at Sharjah University. She brings 13 years of clinical experience, including several years working in the MOH hospital system in Egypt and subsequently at Al Qassimi Women's & Children's Hospital in Sharjah.

Dr. Mohammed manages the full spectrum of obstetric and gynaecological care. She has extensive experience with high-risk pregnancies—including patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease—and performs both routine and emergency caesarean sections. In gynaecology, she diagnoses and treats conditions such as irregular bleeding, infertility, miscarriage, endometrial problems, and polycystic ovaries using both medical and surgical approaches. She is skilled in hysteroscopy (keyhole uterine surgery), basic laparoscopy, and performs obstetric ultrasounds and Doppler scans for fetal assessment.
