Dr. Hala Marouf

Dr. Hala Marouf is a consultant pediatrician with over 30 years of clinical experience across general pediatrics, neonatology, and intensive care. She trained at Cairo University and completed specialized fellowships in pulmonary and asthma care in Austria and neonatal intensive care in Italy. She has worked with leading pediatric hospitals in Egypt and the UAE, and currently holds an affiliation as clinical associate professor at Sharjah University.

Her practice spans newborn care—including routine and high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and management of neonatal disorders—through to adolescent medicine. She has particular expertise in pediatric lung conditions and asthma management, as well as care of critically ill children in intensive care settings, including those with complex multi-organ system failure. She also manages routine check-ups, growth monitoring, developmental assessments, and vaccination services for children.

Dr. Marouf is especially focused on educating parents about asthma and caring for children recovering from major cardiac, thoracic, and neurosurgical procedures.
