Dr. Bindya Sanju

Dr. Bindya Sanju is a physiotherapist with 16 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and body mechanics. She holds a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from City College of Physiotherapy, Mangalore (2023) and a Bachelor's degree from Calicut University (2009). Currently practicing at Liv Hospital in Dubai, she has built her expertise across leading UAE healthcare facilities including Mohamed Bin Zayed Field Hospital, iCARE Multispecialty Clinics, and Prima Care Clinics, working with diverse patient populations.

Dr. Sanju specializes in manual therapy (hands-on treatment), electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy to restore mobility and reduce pain. Her clinical focus includes sports injury management, recovery after surgery, neurological rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions. She also applies her knowledge to ergonomics and workplace injury prevention, helping patients understand their condition and how to manage it long-term.

She is fluent in English and Hindi and takes a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, combining education and counseling with hands-on techniques to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
