Dr. Jack Meades

Jack Meades is a British-trained physiotherapist who graduated with an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Essex in 2016, following earlier study in sports therapy. He has worked across the UK's National Health Service, private practice, and sports teams before relocating to the UAE in 2021. He joined Mediclinic in 2024 and is registered with the Dubai Health Authority.

Jack specializes in all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy—injuries and pain affecting muscles, joints, and connective tissues. He treats conditions including tendon problems, ligament injuries, rotator cuff pain, and both short-term and long-term neck and lower back pain. His approach combines exercise and rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy, and deep dry needling (a technique using thin needles to release tight muscle knots). He has particular expertise in pre- and post-operative orthopedic care.

He is a good fit if you have a musculoskeletal injury or chronic pain, play sports, or are recovering from orthopedic surgery. Jack's personal passion for rugby, triathlon, and strength training informs his understanding of athletic rehabilitation.
