Dr. Izabela Mourão De Azevedo

Dr. Izabela Mourão de Azevedo is a Specialist Dermatologist at Liv Hospital with over 23 years of medical practice. She holds specialist qualifications from both the Brazilian Society of Dermatology and the Brazilian Medical Association, and is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority. Her training began with a medical degree in Brazil (2002), followed by residency in Family and Community Medicine (2006) and specialization in Dermatology (2010), with additional postgraduate training in aesthetics, hair, and scalp diseases.

Dr. Azevedo's expertise spans the full spectrum of dermatology: diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions; laser hair removal and advanced laser skin rejuvenation; treatment of acne scars, dark circles, and tattoo removal; aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers and skin boosters; regenerative medicine with exosomes; and minor dermatologic surgeries. She has particular experience in caring for children and elderly patients, bringing specialized knowledge to pediatric and geriatric skin conditions.

Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in multidisciplinary medical teams and the development of clinical protocols.
