Dr. Hiam Mohammed

Dr. Hiam Mohammed is a Staff Physician in the Gastroenterology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Digestive Disease Institute. She holds an MD with distinction from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, and completed her gastroenterology residency at the National Center of Gastrointestinal and Liver Disease in Khartoum. She obtained her fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of London in 2007 and holds a specialty certificate in gastroenterology.

Dr. Mohammed brings 28 years of clinical experience, including 17 years as a gastroenterology specialist and 13 years practicing in the UAE. She performs diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy and conducts colorectal cancer screening. Her practice covers a broad range of digestive conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and functional disorders of the stomach and bowel.
