Dr. Mohammed Al-Saiddi

Dr. Mohammed Al-Saiddi is a consultant radiologist with over 15 years of experience, primarily at Stavanger University Hospital in Norway where he served as Head of the Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Fluoroscopy Units for the final three years of his tenure. He has also worked at the American Hospital in Dubai and Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women and Children in Abu Dhabi. Throughout his career, he has introduced several advanced imaging techniques to his departments and built particular depth in liver, gallbladder, pancreatic, and gynaecologic imaging.

Dr. Al-Saiddi has performed over 3,000 CT colonography cases since 2009, when he pioneered this technique at his institution. He also introduced liver ablation procedures in 2017 and was an early adopter of dynamic MRI and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for organ assessment. His clinical work spans ultrasound for pregnancy monitoring (including twin pregnancies and ectopic pregnancy), MRI and CT for endometriosis and fibroids, prostate MRI with fusion-guided biopsy, and intraoperative ultrasound guidance for organ-sparing surgeries. He has participated in multicenter research on pancreatic cancer staging and served as a peer reviewer for major ultrasound and oncology journals.

Dr. Al-Saiddi is a strong fit for patients requiring complex abdominal and pelvic imaging, including pregnancy ultrasound, cancer staging and follow-up, and liver disease assessment. He brings experience managing both children and adults in high-volume hospital settings.
