Dr. Emilia Kadour

Dr. Emilia Kadour is a consultant nephrologist and internal medicine specialist based at Canadian Specialist Hospital in Dubai. With over three decades in internal medicine and 18 years specializing in nephrology, she brings deep expertise in kidney disease management and complex medical conditions. She holds an MD in Internal Medicine, Romanian Board certification in Nephrology (2006), and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (2008). She has served as Head of Department for Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Canadian Specialist Hospital and previously worked across major medical centers in the UAE including Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah.

Dr. Kadour's clinical focus spans chronic kidney disease, diabetic and high-blood-pressure-related kidney damage, bone and mineral disorders in kidney patients, autoimmune kidney conditions, and dialysis management. She performs kidney biopsies, central line placement, and manages the hospital's hemodialysis unit, conducting approximately 250 dialysis sessions per month. She also treats kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and acute kidney failure, and has particular interest in endocrine disorders and serious inpatient cases.
