Dr. Tony Joseph

Dr. Tony Parayil Joseph is a Consultant Endocrinologist at Burjeel Abu Dhabi with over 8 years of experience in endocrine medicine. He completed his MD in General Medicine from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, India, and went on to pursue specialist training with a DM in Endocrinology and Diabetes from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute in Lucknow. He is certified by the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK, 2023) and holds specialist credentials in endocrinology and diabetes.

Dr. Joseph treats a broad range of endocrine conditions including diabetes and its complications, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), osteoporosis, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and disorders of the adrenal and pituitary glands. His approach emphasizes prevention and early diagnosis alongside management of established disease, with a particular focus on diabetes awareness and education.

He is a member of ESICON (Endocrine Society of India), PACE, and the Indian Medical Association. Dr. Joseph is passionate about combining research, patient education, and personalized clinical care to help patients manage their metabolic and endocrine health.
