Dr. Maher Khalil

Dr. Maher is a consultant ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon with over 20 years of clinical experience, including 11 years practising in Germany where he worked as a senior consultant. He has performed thousands of surgeries across all areas of ENT and head & neck surgery. He trained in medicine at Damascus University, Syria, followed by specialist ENT training at Tischrin Hospital in Damascus. He then completed advanced fellowship training in Germany at several leading academic hospitals: Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin University Hospital Berlin, Städtisches Klinikum Dessau (affiliated with Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg), Bad Salzungen Academic Teaching Hospital (University of Jena), and Mönchengladbach Maria Hilf Hospital.

Dr. Maher treats the full spectrum of ear, nose, throat and head & neck conditions using both traditional and cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques. His expertise includes endoscopic sinus and ear surgery with navigation systems, functional and cosmetic nose surgery (septoplasty, rhinoplasty), hearing restoration procedures, treatment of vertigo and tinnitus, thyroid and salivary gland surgery, voice and laryngeal disorders, head & neck cancer removal, and trauma surgery. He also performs paediatric procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and ear tube insertion.
