Dr Kiran Naikoti is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with 12 years of clinical experience and over 20 years in the NHS. He trained extensively in the Northwest of England and completed major trauma and upper limb fellowships at prestigious UK hospitals. He is now a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at NMC Healthcare Dubai, bringing his expertise in complex hand, elbow and shoulder problems to the region.

Dr Naikoti manages a broad range of orthopaedic conditions from acute trauma injuries to specialised hand and upper limb disorders. He combines his formal training in trauma and orthopaedics with fellowship-level expertise in hand surgery and shoulder and elbow care.
