Dr. Entesar Al Hammadi

Dr. Entesar Al Hammadi is a Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist at Dubai Hospital, where she leads the Paediatrics Nephrology department. She trained in Canada, completing her paediatrics residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax and specialist kidney training at the University of Toronto. She holds board certifications from both American and Canadian paediatric boards (2008–2009) and Canadian paediatric nephrology certification (2010). She also trained at Jordan University of Science and Technology and now extends her services across Dubai and the Northern Emirates through the DHA paediatrics nephrology programme.

Dr. Al Hammadi's expertise covers the full range of kidney problems in children, including dialysis (both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), chronic and acute kidney failure, nephrotic syndrome, post-transplant follow-up care, polycystic kidney disease, high blood pressure in children, and fluid backup in the kidneys (hydronephrosis). She brings both clinical care and teaching experience to her role.

Beyond clinical practice, she serves as a lecturer and examiner at Dubai Medical College and is the Director of Paediatrics for the DHA residency training programme. She holds memberships on several national and international paediatric and nephrology boards, making her a good fit for families seeking experienced specialist care for children with complex kidney problems or those requiring dialysis.
