Dr. Mahmoud Ayche (Musculoskeletal Oncology (sarcoma)

Dr. Mahmoud Ayche is an orthopedic surgery specialist with 15 years of experience and a particular focus on musculoskeletal oncology. He has trained extensively across the region, completing his medical degree and orthopedic residency at Lebanese University, followed by advanced specialist training at the University of Grenoble Alpes in France. He currently practises at Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi and has also worked at leading hospitals in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia throughout his career.

Dr. Ayche specializes in the diagnosis and surgical management of bone and soft-tissue tumours, including sarcomas and benign bone tumours. His expertise extends to complex reconstructive surgery following tumour removal, cancer-related fractures, and early tumour detection. Beyond oncology, he manages a broad range of orthopedic conditions including paediatric orthopedics, joint replacements, trauma, and sports injuries. He regularly participates in multidisciplinary tumour boards to coordinate comprehensive, team-based cancer care.
