Dr. Thomas Hill

Tom is a British-trained physiotherapist who graduated in 2010 from the University of Birmingham with a first-class honors degree. He brings 7 years of clinical experience from the UK, where he worked as a senior physiotherapist at one of Europe's largest specialist orthopedic units, followed by time at a private sports injury clinic. He has been practising in the UAE for the last three years.

Tom specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related problems, and post-operative rehabilitation. His expertise spans knee, shoulder and spine conditions, tendon problems (such as rotator cuff and Achilles tendon issues), and gym or post-surgical recovery. He uses evidence-based manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue work, trigger point therapy, neural tissue mobilization and kinesio taping to address both acute and long-term conditions.

Tom takes a patient-centered approach grounded in detailed assessment and clinical reasoning. He designs tailored rehabilitation programs to help people return to sport and daily activities safely and effectively. He is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority and fully registered with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council.
