Dr. Aisha Khalid AlMukhtar

Dr. Aisha Al Mukhtar is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology with over 15 years of clinical experience. She trained at Baghdad University, Iraq, where she completed her medical degree (MBChB) in 2004, and has since built expertise across the full spectrum of women's reproductive health. She holds membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, London (since 2013), and is a Fellow of both the American College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists and the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (since 2016). She practises at Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Aisha manages a wide range of pregnancy-related care, from pre-conception planning through antenatal check-ups to delivery and postpartum recovery. She is experienced in family planning and contraception counselling, and specialises in common gynaecological problems including irregular periods, polycystic ovarian syndrome, menopausal and postmenopausal issues, and cancer screening. She takes a particular interest in helping patients with fertility challenges. Surgically, she performs diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy (inspection and treatment of the womb using a camera), vaginal prolapse repair, and perineal repair after childbirth.

She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, making her accessible to diverse patient populations across the UAE.
