About Dr. Samir Hantirah
Dr. Samir Hantirah is a Consultant Dermatologist and Assistant Professor with over 35 years of experience across Germany, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE. He holds doctorates in dermatology from both Germany (Saarland University) and Egypt (Cairo University), and completed his specialist training at Tanta University. He has served as Head of Dermatology at Al Zahra Private Hospital in the UAE and as a consultant at major hospitals including Riyadh Military Hospital and King Khalid Hospital in Saudi Arabia, as well as the Dermatology Hospital at Saarland University in Germany.
Dr. Hantirah treats the full spectrum of skin conditions in both adults and children. He has 15 years of experience with modern biological therapies for challenging cases including psoriasis, eczema (atopic dermatitis), hidradenitis suppurativa, and severe hives. He achieves notable results in severe acne, stubborn warts, molluscum contagiosum, hair loss and alopecia. His office-based procedures include skin biopsies, lesion removal, botox injections for excessive sweating, chemical peels, laser therapy, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), freezing therapy and electrosurgery.
