Dr. April Villamar

April is a physiotherapist with more than 10 years' experience treating patients in the UAE. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Philippines (2010) and spent two years in private practice there before relocating to Dubai, where she has built substantial expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Her core focus is upper limb injuries—including sports injuries of the elbow, wrist, and hand; pre- and post-surgical recovery for ligament, tendon, and nerve injuries; fracture rehabilitation; and arthritis management. She uses manual therapy and mobilization techniques to restore function and reduce pain across a range of conditions, from acute sports injuries to complex post-surgical cases.

April works with both adults and children, bringing particular skill in pediatric upper extremity injuries and post-surgical congenital correction. Her broad foundation in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, spinal, and neurological conditions means she can tailor rehabilitation to each patient's specific needs and recovery stage.
