Dr Pawan Kumar Sharma is an orthopaedic surgeon with 16 years of clinical experience in trauma care, sports injuries, and joint surgery. He obtained his MBBS from JLN Medical College, Ajmer in 2008, followed by specialist training in orthopaedics at Government Medical College, Amritsar and senior residency at VMMC & Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi—one of India's leading trauma centres. He worked as a consultant orthopaedic and arthroscopic surgeon in India before joining NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi in 2025.
Dr Sharma manages a broad range of orthopaedic conditions, from acute trauma and sports injuries to chronic joint and arthritic problems. He performs emergency procedures including fracture reduction and casting, as well as major trauma and arthroscopic surgeries.
