Dr. Hani Mayaleh

Dr. Hani Mayaleh is a consultant otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist) and head, face and neck surgeon practising at Mediclinic Dubai. He trained at Lyon and Bordeaux universities and completed postgraduate qualifications from Paris V and Montpellier universities in France, earning double certification from the French Medical Doctors Council. With over 25 years of experience in France, he brings extensive expertise in complex ENT and reconstructive head-neck surgery.

Dr. Mayaleh's main focus is rhinology—the medical and surgical care of the nose and sinuses. He performs a wide range of nasal procedures including rhinoplasty (cosmetic and reconstructive nasal surgery), septoplasty for deviated septums, endoscopic sinus surgery for both straightforward and complex cases, turbinate reduction, and treatment of nasal polyps and tumours. He also treats allergic rhinitis, manages vertigo and balance disorders, and performs otology procedures (ear surgeries). In head-neck surgery, he specializes in facial reconstruction and tumour management using advanced flap techniques.

Dr. Mayaleh has pioneered several surgical techniques and published original research, including a novel rhinoplasty technique in the International Review of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (2011) and a contribution to Springer's Encyclopedia of Rhinoplasty (2012). He is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University in Dubai, and treats children and adults across the full spectrum of ENT conditions.
