Dr. Moustafa Elfeky

Dr. Moustafa Elfeky is a German and European Board-Certified Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon with more than 15 years of experience in advanced vascular surgery. Before joining Al Zahra Hospital Dubai, he served as Consultant Vascular Surgeon and Head of the Endovascular Program at RWTH Aachen University Hospital in Germany, where he developed expertise in both open and minimally invasive treatments for complex blood vessel diseases.

Dr. Elfeky treats a wide range of vascular conditions, from aortic aneurysms (swelling of the main artery) and peripheral arterial disease (narrowed arteries in the legs) to diabetic foot problems and venous disorders. He is highly experienced in advanced keyhole aortic repair techniques (EVAR, TEVAR, FEVAR, BEVAR) and hybrid procedures that combine open surgery with endovascular (catheter-based) approaches. He also performs traditional open bypass surgery, arterial stenting, varicose vein treatment, and dialysis access surgery.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Elfeky is actively involved in teaching, surgical training, and developing endovascular programs. He has published peer-reviewed research and presented at leading international vascular conferences. He combines German surgical precision with evidence-based, patient-centered care for both routine and complex vascular conditions.
