Dr. Nada Azizi

Dr. Nada Azizi is a psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience treating children, adolescents and adults across a range of mental health conditions. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Rabat in Morocco and completed her residency there before moving to the UAE. She trained in transcranial magnetic stimulation (a non-invasive brain stimulation technique) at the Academy of Brain Stimulation in London.

Dr. Azizi specialises in mood disorders, particularly treatment-resistant cases where standard medications have not worked well. She uses advanced therapeutic techniques including transcranial magnetic stimulation and other non-invasive brain stimulation approaches to help her patients. She is experienced in working with patients across all age groups—children, teenagers and adults—providing personalised care tailored to each person's needs.

Before joining NMC Healthcare's WeightStyle Management Centre in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Azizi led the psychiatry department at a multidisciplinary facility in Morocco for five years, overseeing both outpatient and inpatient services. She also worked at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology in Abu Dhabi to further develop her expertise. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health care, helping patients navigate complex psychological challenges.
