Dr. Maha Alnemer

Dr. Maha Alnemer is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with 12 years of experience in women's health. She trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at Damascus University in Syria, completing both postgraduate training and a Master's degree there, followed by Arab Board and MRCOG certification. She began her medical career as a resident doctor at Maternity University Hospital in her home country for 5 years, then worked as a specialist at Al Madina Hospital for 3 years before relocating to the Middle East.

Dr. Maha has extensive experience managing pregnancy-related conditions, including high-risk pregnancies, recurrent miscarriage, and ectopic pregnancy. She performs both vaginal and caesarean deliveries, and specialises in treating reproductive problems including hormonal imbalances and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She also provides family planning services and early cervical cancer screening.

Prior to joining NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, she worked at NMC RMC Al Karama and spent 4 years practising in Oman before relocating to Al Ain.
