Dr. Manal Fahham

Dr. Manal Fahham is a Specialist Neurologist at Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery in Dubai, bringing 27 years of clinical experience across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. She earned her MD from Damascus University in 1987 and completed her Specialty Certificate in Neurology in 1995. Early in her career, she established the neurology department at Saudi Airlines Medical Center in 2005, and since moving to Dubai in 2011, she has been instrumental in developing neurology services across private hospitals in the Emirates.

Dr. Fahham's expertise spans a broad range of neurological conditions: stroke and vascular issues, epilepsy and seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia, peripheral nerve damage and neuropathic pain, sleep disorders, and headaches and migraines. She is particularly skilled in botulinum toxin therapy for migraine management and offers advanced neurophysiology testing including EEG, EMG (electromyography), and sleep studies (polysomnography).
