Dr. Santhosh George

Dr. Santhosh George is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist with over 20 years of experience in neonatal and paediatric care. He trained at prestigious government medical colleges in India and has worked in leading tertiary care hospitals across India and the UAE. Since December 2014, he has headed the Neonatal ICU and Department of Paediatrics at Aster Hospital, Mankhool, Dubai.

Dr. George specialises in neonatal intensive care for sick and premature babies, paediatric emergency management, and advanced procedures including neonatal ventilation, therapeutic hypothermia, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy. He also manages common and complex childhood illnesses, provides complete vaccination schedules, assesses growth and developmental milestones, and treats paediatric allergies and asthma. His advanced procedural skills include umbilical vessel catheterization, central line placement, intercostal drain insertion, neonatal heart ultrasound, and emergency procedures such as lumbar puncture and bone marrow aspiration.
