Dr. Prasanta Kumar Dash

Dr. Prasanta Kumar Dash is a specialist haematologist and medical oncologist with 11 years of clinical experience. He completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine in India, followed by advanced specialisation (DNB in Medical Oncology) at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, one of India's largest cancer hospitals. He is European Board Certified in Medical Oncology and holds MRCP-UK certification.

Dr. Dash manages both blood cancers (including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma) and solid tumours across multiple organ systems — breast, lung, digestive tract, gynaecological and genitourinary cancers, as well as sarcomas. He employs a range of treatment approaches including chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy and targeted drug therapies. He also treats benign blood disorders such as anaemia, low platelet counts and bleeding or clotting problems.

Dr. Dash places strong emphasis on clear communication with patients and has active interests in clinical research and research ethics. He regularly presents his work at national and international oncology conferences.
