Dr. Pranab Karipody Prabhakaran is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Aster Hospital, Al Qusais, Dubai, with over 13 years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cancers. He completed his MBBS, MD in General Medicine, and DM in Medical Oncology, followed by prestigious international training including a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Cancers and Sarcoma at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, and an observership in Sarcoma Oncology at a leading cancer centre in California.

Dr. Pranab specializes in comprehensive cancer treatment using three main approaches: immunotherapy (which activates the immune system to fight cancer), chemotherapy (personalized drug regimens), and targeted therapy (precision medicine tailored to each tumour's unique biology). His clinical focus includes gastrointestinal cancers, sarcomas, and various solid tumours, with an emphasis on personalized treatment planning and improving patient outcomes.
