Dr. Iyad Khoudeir

Dr. Iyad Khoudeir is a Consultant Neurologist with over 30 years of clinical experience in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. He trained across Europe—earning his medical degree from the University of Cluj in Romania, specialist qualification in neurology from the University of Bordeaux in France, and advanced diplomas in clinical neurophysiology from Paris and sleep disorders from Bordeaux. He completed a Master's degree in Clinical Neurophysiology from the University of Barcelona in Spain, where he worked alongside leading neurophysiologists.

Since 2006, Dr. Khoudeir has practiced in the UAE, spending seven years at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, followed by roles at Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi and eight years at Mediclinic Dubai, before joining Medcare. He specializes in diagnostic nerve testing (EEG, electromyography, nerve conduction studies, and evoked potentials) and treats a broad spectrum of neurological conditions including migraines, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, nerve compression disorders, and peripheral nerve damage.

He holds membership in the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, reflecting his commitment to neurophysiology as a core focus.
