Dr. Laura Horne

Dr. Laura Horne is a fully qualified British doctor with over 11 years of clinical experience across a wide range of medical specialities. She qualified from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and completed her family medicine training there, becoming a member of The Royal College of General Practitioners. She then completed her Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, giving her additional expertise in women's health.

Dr. Horne has worked in large teaching hospitals in Aberdeen and Glasgow, as well as smaller rural clinics including Bedford Hospital and Fort William in Scotland. Before joining Mediclinic Dubai, she was working as a family medicine consultant in Abu Dhabi. Her training across psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology, kidney disease, paediatrics, gastroenterology, internal medicine and care of elderly patients means she can manage a broad spectrum of health problems in primary care.
