Dr. Rehaan Nensey

Dr. Rehaan Nensey is a Consultant Radiologist with over 15 years of experience, including 7 years as a senior consultant at SWBH NHS Trust in Birmingham, UK. He trained in medicine at Mumbai University, India, and completed his radiology specialization at the Southwest Peninsula Radiology Academy in the UK, obtaining his FRCR in 2011 and CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in 2013. He also completed advanced body imaging training through a fellowship at McMaster University in Canada.

His clinical focus is on gastrointestinal and abdominal imaging, alongside cardiac CT scans. He has expertise in general and emergency radiology, cancer imaging, and neuro-imaging. During his NHS career, he led multidisciplinary team meetings for upper gastrointestinal and liver cancers, colorectal cancers, and inflammatory bowel disease—roles that required close coordination with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and oncologists. He is also experienced in fluoroscopy-guided procedures.

Dr. Rehaan is an active academic, having trained radiology specialists, presented research at international conferences, and published widely in peer-reviewed medical journals. He holds membership in the British Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology, European Society of Gastrointestinal & Abdominal Radiology, and European Society of Radiology.
