Dr. Mansour Nadhari

Dr. Mansour Nadhari is an accomplished anesthesiologist and healthcare leader currently serving as Chair of the Anesthesia Department at Dubai Health and Director of Medical Affairs at Rashid Hospital in the UAE. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he holds German board certification (Facharzt) in Anesthesiology and has built a career combining direct patient care with hospital management and education.

Throughout his tenure at Rashid Hospital, Dr. Nadhari has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Anesthesia Section. He specializes in general anesthesia across a range of surgical procedures and has developed particular expertise in managing complex cases involving hemodynamic control and pain management. His clinical work spans routine anesthesia through advanced techniques such as ultrasound-guided regional blocks and spinal cord protection protocols during major vascular surgery.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Nadhari is a dedicated educator who has trained residents, fellows, and early-career anesthesiologists. He established educational courses in anesthesia and was instrumental in securing accreditation for the Anesthesia Residency Program from the Arab Board, Saudi Board, and Emirati Board, supporting UAE students pursuing the specialty.
