Dr. Najat Salim

Dr. Najat Salim is a paediatrician with over 25 years of experience in paediatrics and neonatology. Before joining Mediclinic in the UAE, she spent more than 10 years working in major paediatric specialist hospitals in Ireland, where she developed expertise across the full spectrum of childhood illness and development.

She assesses and manages acute conditions such as fever, diarrhoea, ear infections, cough and bronchiolitis, as well as chronic conditions including asthma, eczema, constipation and reflux. Dr. Salim also performs newborn check-ups, oversees childhood vaccinations, monitors growth and development, and addresses behavioural concerns like bedwetting and sleep problems. She takes a holistic, family-centred approach to care.
