Dr. Ali Al Ibrahim

Dr. Ali is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with subspecialty expertise in Maternal Fetal Medicine. He specialises in the assessment and management of high-risk pregnancies, advanced fetal ultrasound scanning, fetal diagnosis, and fetal therapy. His training includes a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine from the University of Toronto, along with certification from the Saudi Board and Arab Board of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Dr. Ali manages a wide range of complex pregnancy conditions including fetal anomalies, growth restriction, multiple pregnancies (including twins), placental disorders, and maternal medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and autoimmune disease in pregnancy. He performs invasive prenatal diagnostic procedures (chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis), fetal echocardiography, and genetic screening and diagnostic testing. He also provides specialised assessment and management for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome and preterm birth risk prevention.

He is committed to providing evidence-based counselling and individualised care, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, clear communication and coordinated multidisciplinary team support for patients and families navigating complex pregnancy situations and genetic concerns.
