He graduated from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at "Rodolfo Rossi" Interzonal Hospital. In 2023, he obtained the European Diploma in Radiology (EDIR), an internationally recognized credential endorsed by the European Union of Medical Specialists and the European Society of Radiology.
Dr. Carballo's expertise spans neuroradiology (brain and spinal imaging), breast and fetal imaging, cardiac and vascular imaging, musculoskeletal radiology, and comprehensive abdominal and pelvic imaging. He is skilled in MRI, CT, ultrasound (including Doppler), mammography, and bone density scanning, and also offers telemedicine consultations.
