Dr. Walaa Gafar Elsammani Osman

Dr. Walaa Osman is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 13 years of experience in mental health care. She holds Arab Board certification in Psychiatry and completed her specialist training at Al Ain Hospital (SEHA) in the UAE. She provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment across children, adolescents, and adults, working at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Walaa has particular expertise in mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety conditions (generalised anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder), ADHD, and sleep problems linked to psychiatric illness. She also specialises in addiction psychiatry, helping people with substance use disorders and complex cases where mental health and addiction co-exist.
