Dr. Mridula Dhakad

Dr. Mridula Dhakad is a Specialist Interventional Cardiologist at Medcare with over three decades of experience in heart disease diagnosis and treatment. She completed her medical degree and specialist cardiology training in India at Sawai Man Singh Medical College and Bombay Hospital, then obtained her Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from ICPS in Paris. She has worked across India and the UAE for more than 16 years, playing a key role in establishing non-invasive cardiology services at Rashid Hospital and serving nine years at Saudi German Hospital.

Dr. Dhakad offers a comprehensive range of cardiac services including coronary angiography, minimally invasive heart interventions, and specialized heart imaging (echocardiograms, cardiac MRI). She manages complex conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, valve disease, congenital heart defects, blood clots, and pulmonary hypertension. She performs both adult and pediatric echocardiograms, Holter monitoring, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.

She has particular expertise in cardiac care for women with heart disease during pregnancy and is dedicated to teaching medical trainees. She attends international cardiac conferences and stays current with new developments in the field.
