Dr. Basheer Ahamed Abdul Ravoof

Dr. Basheer Ahamed is a specialist dermatologist with 7 years of clinical experience across India and the UAE. He completed his MBBS from Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai in 2017, followed by an MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy from Government Chengalpattu Medical College, Tamil Nadu in 2021. Before joining NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, he worked as a dermatologist at Prime Care Nursing Home, Chennai and as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Bhaarath Medical College, Chennai.

Dr. Basheer Ahamed diagnoses and treats a broad spectrum of skin conditions including infections, allergic disorders, inflammatory skin diseases (such as psoriasis and lichen planus), pigmentation problems, sexually transmitted infections, leprosy, and skin cancers.
