Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh

Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh is a Consultant Paediatric Neurologist at NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Nahda, with 22 years of clinical experience in child neurology across India and the Middle East. He completed his MBBS and MD in Pediatrics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, followed by a DM in Child Neurology. During his career in India, he served as a Senior Child Neurologist and Associate Professor at one of Asia's largest public hospitals and medical colleges before moving to the UAE, where he has worked as a consultant in leading hospitals in Dubai and Sharjah.

Dr. Singh has broad expertise in managing neurological conditions affecting children, including childhood epilepsy, cerebral palsy, headaches and migraines, sleep disorders, and movement disorders such as tics, tremors, and dystonia. He also treats developmental delays, neonatal neurological problems, stroke in children, neuromuscular disorders, metabolic neurological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning difficulties, and degenerative neurological conditions. He is skilled in advanced neurophysiological tests (EMG, nerve conduction studies, EEG, visual evoked potentials, and brainstem auditory responses) and procedures including muscle and nerve biopsy and botulinum toxin injections for spasticity management.

Dr. Singh is a member of the Indian Medical Association, Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Indian Academy of Paediatric Neurology, and Epilepsy Society of India. He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, making him accessible to diverse patient populations.
