Dr. Taher Elbadawy Atwa Elbadawy

Dr. Taher Elbadawy is an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist) with 15 years of experience in head and neck surgery. He completed his medical degree (MBBCh) from Alexandria University in 2007, followed by his Master's degree in 2014 and PhD in Otorhinolaryngology in 2024 from the same institution. He completed his residency training at Alexandria University Hospital in 2015 and has since worked across leading hospitals in Alexandria, Egypt, including Maberet Al Asafra Hospital Group, Elite Hospital, and Andalusia Hospital Group. He holds an academic position as a Lecturer in Otorhinolaryngology at Port Said University since 2017, and recently began his career in the UAE at Zulekha Hospital, Dubai in early 2025.

Dr. Taher specializes in a wide range of ear, nose, throat and neck procedures. His expertise includes coblation adenotonsillectomy and snoring surgery, laser removal of laryngeal and pharyngeal tumours, adult and paediatric airway surgery, and head and neck surgery involving the thyroid, parathyroid and salivary glands. He is experienced in microscopic and endoscopic ear surgeries including implantable hearing aids, and performs minimally invasive endoscopic procedures for nasal, sinus and skull base conditions, including pituitary tumour removal and cerebrospinal fluid leak repair.
