Dr. Saadalla Alhalabi

Dr. Saadalla Alhalabi is a consultant ophthalmologist with more than twenty years of experience in eye surgery. He completed his MBBS at the University of Aleppo in 1997 and underwent extensive training at Ibn al-Nafis Eye Surgical Hospital in Damascus, Syria's leading eye surgery centre. After obtaining his certificate of specialisation in eye surgery from Syria's Ministry of Health in 2002, he pursued further sub-specialisation in cornea, LASIK, and cataract surgery. He began practising in Abu Dhabi in 2004 at Al Noor Hospital before moving to several prestigious hospitals in the emirate, and currently practises at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital.

Dr. Alhalabi has developed deep expertise across multiple areas of eye care. He performs advanced refractive procedures including LASIK, INTRA-LASIK, PRK, and implantable contact lenses (ICL), and specialises in corneal cross-linking and pterygium treatment. He performs cataract surgery using sutureless phaco techniques and inserts multifocal premium intraocular lenses. He also treats retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal vein occlusions using laser treatment and intravitreal injections.
