Dr. Zarin Dumasia

Zarin graduated in 1999 with a Master of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, USA. She has worked across the UK, US, Kazakhstan, Kuwait and the UAE, building extensive experience with diverse patient populations. She is certified in Pinc & Steel Physiotherapy, a specialized approach for cancer survivors, and holds additional training in chronic pain management, dry needling, clinical Pilates and neurostructural integration technique (NST).

Zarin treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions using manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and guided movement. She is particularly passionate about supporting cancer survivors through physiotherapy and exercise, which evidence shows helps patients regain strength, energy, posture control and confidence in their bodies alongside standard cancer treatments. Her other core areas include sports injuries, spinal and peripheral joint problems, myofascial release and post-operative recovery.

She brings a holistic, client-centred approach that integrates manual therapy and exercise with yoga and mindfulness practices. As a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor (RYS200), she teaches poses with careful attention to anatomy, safety and body awareness, helping patients develop deeper understanding of movement and posture.
