Dr. Layla Omran Muhsin

Dr Layla Omran Muhsin is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology with more than three decades of clinical experience. She graduated from the Medical College of the University of Baghdad and has worked across multiple reputed healthcare institutions in the UAE. She previously served as Head of the Gynaecology department for eight years until 2006, and currently practises at NMC Medical Centre in Sharjah.

Dr Layla provides comprehensive maternity care, managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies from antenatal assessment through labour and post-natal support. She performs normal deliveries and caesarean sections, and has expertise in fertility management, non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) for genetic screening, and the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
