Dr Mahesh Gautamrao Katre is a consultant paediatrician with over 14 years of experience in allergy and immunology, trained in the UK and Ireland. He previously worked as a Consultant Paediatrician & Allergist at the Royal Cornwall Hospital NHS Trust and completed specialist allergy training at Leicester Royal Infirmary, a leading UK tertiary centre. He is now based in Dubai, where he provides evidence-based allergy care for children with complex allergic conditions.

Dr Mahesh specializes in managing food allergies in children, including milk, eggs, and nut allergies. He is skilled in performing skin prick tests to identify allergic triggers early and accurately. He also offers immunotherapy treatments—both sublingual and subcutaneous—to help children with allergies to common environmental triggers such as cat and dog dander and house dust mites.
