Dr. Yeldho Eason Varghese

Dr. Yeldho Eason Varghese is an Associate Staff Physician in the Critical Care Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He trained in India, completing his medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, followed by residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai. In 2016, he earned the European Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (EDIC) from the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, recognising his expertise at an international level.

Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Yeldho worked as a Consultant Intensivist at MIOT International Hospital in Chennai, where he provided round-the-clock critical care to patients across medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, and trauma specialties. His clinical focus includes managing ventilator failure and other life-threatening conditions requiring intensive monitoring and support. He is passionate about teaching and research, contributing to the field through conference presentations and academic work on outcomes in critical illness.
